Returns – if you change your mind

We understand there may be occasions when you wish to return an item you have ordered. You are welcome to return eligible products in their original condition for a refund. Certain categories of goods cannot be returned unless they are defective, for reasons of hygiene or product nature.
To begin a return, please complete the returns form through our returns portal and send the item back using the designated method provided. Details for accessing the portal are supplied with your order confirmation.
When returning a product, please ensure:
- The returns form is included in the package with a clear reason for the return.
- Items are returned in their original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.
Returned items must be sent back using provisionandpan.com’s approved returns service. We are unable to accept responsibility for items returned by any other method.
We will process the refund to the original method of payment once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Returns – damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us through our help centre before returning the item so we can assist in resolving the issue at no cost to you. In many cases, we may be able to address the situation without requiring the item to be sent back.
When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect product, please include a photograph that clearly shows the problem. Let us know if you would prefer a replacement, refund, or repair. Our customer support team will work to resolve the matter promptly and satisfactorily.
