Tempus Achari Spiced Salami, 60g

Tempus’ Achari spiced salami combines top quality pork with fragrant spices like mace and fenugreek. Loosely based on finocchiona (a Tuscan fennel salami), it’s a fantastic addition to charcuterie boards and antipasti spreads.  

The recipe is inspired by an Indian spice blend that has been used to make curries and pickles for hundreds of years. Nigella seeds, black pepper and fennel seeds give the salami a depth of flavour and hint of spice that perfectly complements the tender pork.
