Silikomart Palette Knife, 38cm

Silikomart’s palette knife produces the perfect smooth finish when decorating cakes. From cream cheese frosting, melted chocolate or royal icing, this knife ices and layers cakes with ease.  

The flat stainless steel blade has multiple purposes. First, use it to smooth cake batter in the tin before baking. Then once the cakes are baked, use it for spreading and smoothing frosting over the sponges. A plastic handle is easy and comfortable to hold, even if you’re decorating on repeat!

The total length of this knife is 38cm, with a 15.5cm blade.
