Use this purée to flavour sorbets, jellies and paté de fruit. It pairs beautifully with chocolate and caramel in homemade truffles and bonbons. You can also add it to pastry cream to make a fruity filling for éclairs and choux buns.

In the mood for cocktails? This purée is perfect for green apple mojitos. First, muddle lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a tall glass. Add crushed ice, apple purée and white rum. Top with soda and garnish with thin slices of fresh apple.

Made with 90% fruit and 10% sugar, Ravifruit purées are 100% natural. They are flash-pasteurised to preserve the fresh fruit flavour. You can store the cartons in your pantry for up to a year.
