Mill & Mortar Organic Italian Garlic Granules, 70g

Season sauces, soups and stews with Italian garlic granules. They’re made with dried organic garlic from the Italian region of Abruzzo. The granules taste just like fresh garlic but with a milder, rounder flavour. 

Garlic granules are an excellent substitute for fresh garlic. They have a warm, toasted flavour that works well in dressings and marinades. Use them as they are or rehydrate in water to soften them. They’re a great way to add garlic flavour to your dishes, without the sharp bite you get from grated cloves.
