Kalios Greek Dried Oregano Branches, 40g

Flavour dressings and marinades with Kalios dried oregano. The branches are picked in the Greek mountains and dried in the shade. This preserves their essential oils and delicate aroma. 

Oregano is a key ingredient in Mediterranean cooking. Add the leaves to a rich tomato sauce for pasta and keftedes. Or, add whole branches to tray bakes with chicken and potatoes. You can also use the branches to make oregano-infused olive oil.

Oregano has an earthy, herbal flavour. You will find it in all kinds of Greek dishes, from souvlaki to stifado. Try adding it to a mixture of olive oil, garlic and lemon juice to marinate chicken and seafood.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
