Giusti’s sweet and sour fig condiment is incredibly versatile – ideal for both sweet and savoury dishes. Made with wine vinegar, grape must and fig juice, it has an intense but well balanced flavour with an enduring sweetness.  

This unique Italian condiment can be paired with different kinds of cheeses, creamy desserts and fresh fruit and vegetable salads. Try drizzling it over risotto, grilled fish or bruschetta with juicy tomatoes. You can also combine it with olive oil to make a sweet-sour vinaigrette for salads with leafy greens and fresh figs.
