Giusti Classic Crema Balsamic Glaze, 150ml

Savour the sweet-sour taste of Giusti classic crema balsamic glaze. It’s thick and syrupy – ideal for drizzling over salads and ripe tomatoes. 

Giusti’s balsamic vinegar is aged in centuries-old oak barrels. This deepens its flavour, imparting woody and spicy notes. When it’s reduced to a sticky glaze, the taste is further intensified. It adds complexity to both sweet and savoury dishes.

Use this glaze as a finishing touch for grilled meat and asparagus. The sweet and tangy flavour works beautifully with cheese. Drizzle it over aged Pecorino or a baked Camembert.

You can decorate plates with dots and swirls, thanks to its syrupy consistency. Add a few drops to a charcuterie board to complement bresaola and prosciutto. Or, swirl it over ice cream and fresh strawberries.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
