Inspired by tiki-style cocktails, Blazing Pineapple is a versatile zero proof spirit. Expect notes of tropical fruit, citrus and ginger. Habanero chillies and Scotch bonnet peppers add a fire. Use it like rum in a 0% mojito or frozen daiquiri.
